Next event – Friday 28 October at Coffee Lounge

by Chris Unitt on October 13th, 2008 in Next meet

The next Birmingham Social Media Cafe will be held at Coffee Lounge on Friday 28 October from 10am to midday.

If you’re coming along then please sign up on the wiki and maybe tell us a bit about yourself.  If you use them, then there’s also an Upcoming page and a Facebook event (but please use the wiki too).

This month

After the success of the last event (see the lovely comments under the previous blog post) the format will stay pretty much the same.  As before, it’ll be a place for people interested in social media to gather, get acquainted, chat, plot, scheme, and share.

Speakers and sponsors

We’re currently looking to get a speaker for the event.  If there are any topics that you’d like to see covered at future Cafe’s then please put your ideas in the comments and we’ll see what can be organised.

The coffee will be provided by the generous folk at The Birmingham Post again. However, if there’s anyone else that would like to get involved and put up some cash for coffees then feel free to get in touch.

Looking forward to seeing you!
